Closearoo for pharma sales
The offices, the prescribers and the promises.
Closearoo is one loop: line up who to call, log what happened in one tap, and put the next action on a day before you hang up. It was built against a specialty pharmacy call book, so the words on the screen are practice, prescriber, office contact and follow-up.
Every login is approved by hand.
The loop
Three things it does, every day.
-
01The practice is the record
Prescribers and office contacts sit under it, and every call, note, follow-up and scheduled visit sits on the one record.
-
02A registry file becomes a call list
Import a CSV of leads or an NPPES file of prescribers, cut it down from the column headers, and send the top of it to tomorrow as a plan.
-
03Coverage you can see
Qualified outreach against the weekly floor, accounts activated against the goal, and the states nobody has reached yet.
Three days it is for
What the loop looks like from your desk.
-
A morning of cold offices
Open Today and the order is already made. Twelve names go into a Power Hour, each outcome is one key, and the hour ends with the follow-ups sitting on their days.
-
The office that keeps saying call back
Log who you spoke to and the day they asked for. It lands on the calendar and in the follow-up list, and it is on the practice the next time you open it.
-
The number on Friday
Reports counts the week against the floor you set, breaks coverage down by state, and writes the paragraph you paste into the update.
What Closearoo tracks for you
The words on the record.
A pack is the set of words a record wears. This table is read out of the pharma pack file the app itself draws from, so it is the app rather than a plan for it.
- The account
- Practice
- The person
- Prescriber
- Who answers the phone
- Office contact, which is the MA, the PA coordinator or whoever picks up the front desk phone
- Stages
- Not contactedAttemptedReachedEngagedActivatedNot interested
- Activities
- CallFaxEmailTextOffice visitOnline meeting
- How often to come back
- A tier A practice at engaged every 7 days, one at reached every 14, and a tier C practice nobody has called every 60. Every cell in that table is a number you set once in Settings.
This is what is on the screen, and it is the pack a new book starts on.
Setting it up
Six steps, and you are calling.
- Ask for a login on this site. There is no signup, no trial and no card: one person reads the request and sends a one time password.
- Sign in and set a password of your own. The temporary one stops working the moment you do.
- Import the book. The importer reads a CSV of leads or an NPPES file of prescribers, shows you the column mapping and the first five rows, and matches on NPI, so the same list twice does not become the same lead twice.
- Set your targets in Settings: outreaches a week, calls a day, accounts activated, and the number of days without contact that counts as going quiet.
- Open Today. The list is already ordered by what is owed, what is slipping and who has never been reached. Take the first name, or start a Power Hour and take twelve.
- Log the call in one tap and put the next action on a day. Every number on the Reports page is made of that one step.
Questions
Asked before.
How do I get access?
You ask on this site and one person reads it. There is no signup, no trial and no card, because every login on Closearoo is granted by hand.
What can I import today?
A CSV of leads, or an NPPES file of prescribers. Every row needs an NPI and a last name. The preview screen shows the mapping it guessed and the first five rows before anything is written, and duplicates are matched on NPI.
Whose words are on the screen?
These ones. Practice, prescriber, office contact, follow-up and activated are the words in the app today, and the stage path above is the one on every record.
What does it not do?
It does not dial. A phone number is a link and your phone or your desk phone app is what opens it. It does not send email or text, and it does not read your inbox: what you sent somewhere else goes on the record as the note you type when you log the call. There is no map yet. There is no importer for another CRM, and no way in but a CSV.
Does it work on my phone?
It runs in the phone browser and installs to the home screen from there, so it opens without the browser bars around it. The screens fall to one column at that width. There is nothing to fetch from a store.
Nothing to install. One person. One next action.
A new book starts on the pharma pack, so the words on this page are the words on the screen. Ask for a login and the person who built it reads it.
